The Coalition is committed to implementing evidence-based strategies to prevent Monroe County youth from starting to use tobacco products. The Coalition supports:
- the Life Skills curriculum utilized in Monroe County schools;
- the VOICE program sponsored by Rhino's Youth Center; and
- a tobacco retailer inspection program.
Coalition members are also involved in the TAP (Tobacco Awareness Program) and TEG (Tobacco Education Group) youth initiatives.
